Your own delivery fleet

Priced zones, a dispatch board, a driver view and COD reconciliation

Wameed handled aggregator delivery well and gave nothing to the restaurant, supermarket or florist that delivers with its own drivers. This closes that gap end to end: priced delivery zones, a dispatch board, a driver view, cash-on-delivery reconciliation and a performance report.

From the Professional plan up

What this covers

  • Delivery zones — priced areas per branch: a radius ring (a centre with inner and outer distances) or a polygon of vertices
  • Each zone carries a delivery fee, a minimum order, an ETA, an active flag and a sort order — which doubles as the resolution priority when zones overlap
  • Zone resolution runs locally, with no per-lookup cost and no maps SDK — and a point on the boundary counts as inside, because refusing a paying customer over float rounding is strictly worse
  • Storefront enforcement — an address outside every zone is refused with a translated message; inside one, the zone’s fee replaces the flat fee and its minimum is enforced
  • A store with no zones keeps the flat-fee path exactly as before
  • The driver roster — a branch-scoped driver role, with the roster derived from the permission, so any custom role granted it also drives
  • A per-store on-shift toggle with each driver’s live load
  • A dispatch queue — unassigned delivery orders, oldest first, with assign and reassign from the board or from the orders page
  • A mobile-first driver view — status progression (picked up → delivered / failed with a reason), the COD amount and collection confirmation, tap-to-call the customer, and the address, zone and notes
  • COD reconciliation — due, collected and outstanding per driver over a date range, with grand totals
  • A performance report — delivered count, failed count and mean minutes from assignment to delivery, per driver
