Terms of service

The terms for using this site, what governs the service itself, and where compliance responsibility sits.

Updated

What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website (wameedpos.com) and any enquiry you submit through it.

Using the Wameed system inside your shop is governed by theservice agreement signed between us, which is a separate document. Where this page and that agreement differ, the agreement governs.

Using the site

You are free to browse, read and share this site. You may not:

  • Attempt to reach systems or data that are not yours.
  • Send automated requests at a rate that degrades the service, or work around the rate limits in place.
  • Impersonate another person or organisation in any form.
  • Use content from this site to imply that we endorse your product or service.

Enquiries submitted here

When you submit a form, you confirm that what you entered is accurate and that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of the business you named.

Submitting a form isnot a contract. It is a request to be contacted. No service and no payment obligation arises without a signed service agreement.

The prices shown

Prices published on the pricing page are list prices in Saudi riyals, exclude VAT, and may change. The binding price is the one in your quote or contract.

They exclude hardware, implementation and onboarding fees, and payment-gateway charges, each of which is priced separately.

Payments

One distinction here matters more than any other:

  • Your sales are collected through the payment gateway straight intoyour own merchant account. Wameed is not a payment institution and never holds those funds at any point; its income from them is a revenue share stated in your contract.
  • Your Wameed subscription is paid by you to us through a separate billing provider. That path never touches your customers' sales.

ZATCA compliance

The system is built to issue e-invoices meeting Phase 2 requirements. Even so:

  • Compliance remains the taxpayer's obligation. Registering your business, the accuracy of your VAT number, the accuracy of your invoice data, and following up anything ZATCA rejects are all obligations that sit with the taxpayer under Saudi law.
  • We provide the tools and the alerts; we do not file on your behalf. An invoice carrying a warning, or one a person has excluded from submission, is never sent automatically — sending it is a human decision.

Content and intellectual property

The Wameed name, its mark and the content of this site are ours. You may quote from it with attribution; you may not republish it wholesale, or use the mark to imply a partnership or an endorsement.

The data you enter into the system stays yours. We provide structured export of it at any time.

Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep this site available, and do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service levels for the system itself are set out in the service agreement.

Limits of liability

The content of this site is provided for information. The comparison tables reflect what we could verify on their publication date, and describe systems that change constantly.

We are not liable for a decision taken on the basis of this site alone without checking with us directly. That is precisely why we publish our product's limits and what it does not do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

When we change something substantive, we update the date at the top of the page.
