Marketing campaigns

Build the audience, write it in both languages, read the return afterwards

A campaign layer over the existing notification and coupon plumbing: build an audience (by group or by composable filters), write a bilingual message with {name} and {coupon} placeholders, pick a channel (SMS · WhatsApp · email · push), optionally attach a per-recipient coupon batch, send now, scheduled or recurring — then read delivery and return (redemptions and attributed revenue) per campaign.

From the Professional plan up

What this covers

  • Audience building by groups or composable filters that compose together: last visit older than / within, total spend minimum and maximum, birthday month, birthday in the next days, and loyalty tier
  • A bilingual message, with an SMS character and segment counter
  • Four channels: SMS, WhatsApp, email and push
  • Coupon attachment — one unique single-use code per recipient, generated when the audience expands
  • Send now, at a time, or recurring (daily, weekly or monthly)
  • Consent is implied on every audience — an opted-out customer never receives a marketing message, and consent is re-checked at delivery time
  • Opt-out is timestamped for the PDPL audit trail; opting back in clears it
  • Quiet hours 21:00–09:00 store-local — a campaign falling inside the window defers to its end, and nobody is messaged at night
  • Always-on automations — win-back, birthday, first purchase and tier-up, running daily per store
  • The automations are structurally protected against a double-hit — a customer cannot receive the same message twice in a period
  • Win-back adds a per-customer cooldown (90 days by default) before messaging again
  • Return attribution — redemptions are the campaign’s non-reversed coupon uses; attributed revenue is the sum of the transactions they went through; discount given is the sum of those discounts
  • A per-store monthly SMS usage counter, with the correct segment arithmetic for Arabic and Latin text

Where this stops

  • Campaigns are assembled from existing parts — an audience, a message, a channel, a coupon, a schedule. They are not a visual builder for multi-step journeys with branching conditions.

We write this here because finding it out during implementation is far worse than reading it now.
